WorkOutWriter is a simple and fully featured utility for planning and recording your training programme. Throw away the grubby notebook in the bottom of your kitbag, and let WorkOutWriter plan and track your progress!
Coaches will find the ability to quickly and simply share, print, update and analyse their swimmer's progress in both wet and dry training an enormous time-saver, as well as a valuable new tool to improve their understanding of each swimmer's strengths and weaknesses.
WorkOutWriter files can be exchanged by email, over a private network or posted on the public internet. A number of printed reports are available to quickly summarize a programme and a particular swimmer's progression through it. |
